1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ProduceDynamics website, browser-based platform, mobile applications, or associated implementation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and **Samasra Soft Private Limited**.

2. Mobile Application & App Store Terms

If you access ProduceDynamics via an application downloaded from the **Apple App Store** or **Google Play Store** (the "App Store"):

Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that these terms are between you and ProduceDynamics only, not with the App Store.
License Scope: The license granted to you for the application is a non-transferable license to use the app on devices that you own or control.
Maintenance: ProduceDynamics is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the application.
Rules of Conduct: You must comply with all third-party App Store terms of agreement while using our application.
Account Deletion: In accordance with App Store mandates, you have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data directly within the app's settings or through our Choices page.

3. Use of Services

ProduceDynamics provides a suite of ERP and operational tools specifically designed for fresh produce importers, traders, and logistics providers.

Lawful Use: You may use our platform only for lawful business purposes.
Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Actions: You must not attempt to breach system security or reverse engineer the software.

4. Commercial Terms & Billing

Commercial engagements are typically defined in a specific Quote, Statement of Work (SOW), or Service Agreement.

Fees: Subscription and implementation fees are as specified in your business agreement.
Refunds: Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The ProduceDynamics platform, including its code, design, logos, and brand name, is the exclusive intellectual property of Samasra Soft Private Limited.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Operational Responsibility: You remain solely responsible for your business implementation and regulatory compliance.
Liability Cap: Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. For international clients, mandatory local consumer rights (UK Consumer Rights Act, GDPR) are not excluded.

8. Export Controls & Sanctions

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws relevant to your operations.
