How to Request Account Deletion

In accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies, we provide a clean path for account and data deletion:

Option A (Email): Send an email to info@producedynamics.com from your registered email address. Use the subject: "Account Deletion Request."
Option B (Mobile App): Use the deletion request link found within the 'Settings' or 'Profile' section of the ProduceDynamics mobile app.
Verification: For your protection, we will verify your identity before processing deletion requests to prevent unauthorized actions.

What Happens Next

Personal Data: Upon verification, your profile, personal contact details, and account settings will be queued for deletion or anonymization.
Administrative Retention: Records related to financial transactions, billing history, audit logs, and legal compliance will be retained for the minimum period required by applicable law.
Organizational Accounts: If your account is part of a corporate subscription, certain operational data may be retained by your company administrator.
